Love this product. All magnesium in one. Can never get any outside. I don’t know how to describe but I feel good. Only if you try you’ll know what I mean.

I am just coming to the end of my first bottle of Magnesium Breakthrough. I am on a clean, plant-based diet and I take other supplements. I have noticed that I can focus better since taking these and my body has less aches and pains. I appreciate the quality ingredients of this capsule, that they are soy-free, and that they have 7 types of magnesium (Citrate, Taurate, Orotate, Malate, Oxide, Bisglycinate, and Chelate). This has cut down on the need to take multiple magnesium supplements in my supplement regimen.

It has been a great help with my sleep quality! I don't know of any other product that has that many forms of magnesium. It also has lessened my leg cramps and helps move my digestive system. I highly recommend!

I have been using magnesium products with several forms of magnesium since Dr. Stephen Sinatra introduced me to that concept of different forms targeting specific areas of the body, such as the heart. Starting using this brand a couple years ago with no issues. I appreciate the addition of humid/fulvic substances. Would prefer to see is cGMP rather than GMP certified which I understand doesn't specify meeting current standards.
