I have a sleep disorder, and although it doesn't work as a stand-alone sleep aid, it seems to work in a synergistic manner with my sleep aid medications. Magnesium is involved in hundreds of biochemical and physiological process in the body, and I spent months researching the types of magnesium available and their mechanisms of action. In my opinion, the Bioptimizer brand ranks as a top 10 magnesium supplement. However, they lose points for having a proprietary label that doesn't display the grams of each type of magnesium. This is important because the body has a difficult time absorbing many types of magnesium, and each type affects the body differently.

I usually buy the magnesium from bio optimizers website. I’m so excited that I Herb has this wonderful quality item. I get it shipped to me much faster and I love the fact that there are eight different types of magnesium if you look at the ingredient label. A lot of bang for the buck. And it works. I take half a serving at night before bed and half in the morning, when I wake up. It benefits me by replenishing magnesium that our bodies need and can’t make on their own. It helps regulate my nervous system and in the evening helps me sleep well. The taste isn’t bad either. I prefer the mango banana but the raspberry lemonade is good too.

Sometimes it seems if I use a whole scoop I have digestive issues (loose stools). But I like the powdered form and I use about 1/3-1/2 scoop in the day along with a magnesium pill at night. The flavor is ok, tastes a little fake, but I mix it with other supplements. I do like this brand and I’ve read how important magnesium is in our diet, so this allows me to get more of it. I also like that it has so many different types of magnesium for health.

I recommend this quality product. I have suffered from disrupted sleep due to hormones and I take this each evening mixed into tart cherry juice. my sleep has really improved. I think it also helped me with muscle recovery. I like the flavour and clean ingredients. it is a bit expensive for the size

I can’t live without this. I buy this for my kids, and myself. Absolutely changed everything about how my body regulates. Absolute necessity in my life now.

BIOptimizers Magnesium Breakthrough (Raspberry-Lemonade) tastes really good—fresh, slightly tangy, and not overly sweet. It mixes easily in water and feels like a “treat” in the evening. I use it as part of my night routine and it helps me unwind and feel more relaxed. No digestive issues for me as long as I start with a smaller serving and increase gradually. Great quality ingredients, good tub size, and solid packaging. Would repurchase.

I feel covered completely with this multi-magnesium. I use this for everyday health. Magnesium is vital. I love this product because it not only tastes good, but has many forms of magnesium, which takes out the guesswork on deciding which form of magnesium is best for your situation. BiOptimizers did all the work to make this high quality, clean ingredient magnesium product, that I truly believe is the best on the market.

I put this in my water and drink it throughout the day. It has a slight flavor but not unpleasant. It's so much easier than taking magnesium in pill form. I'm going to keep using this.

It really does the job, but as magnesium is used in the evening before sleep, drinking extra liquid is actually not that convenient, as you will later want to go to the toilet when you are already in bed. Next time will order capsules. But for sure, if you want to convince your children to get magnesium in, then a tasty drink like this could work.

I don't love the flavor of this, and I planned on taking it before bed, but then I never feel like taking the time to mix it up. I'll stick to the Magnesium Breakthrough capsules.
