Since I started taking the Centrum Menopause support tablet. I have been sleeping much better at night, and I no longer wake up with hot flashes and sweating. This is my third bottle. Because of the relief benefit I am getting, this is my new multivitamin. The dose is one tablet daily, and the size is small, with no difficulty swallowing. There is no lingering taste.
