At the moment i rate policosanol 100% as i have no side effects whatsoever but i think the dosage is too high i started with 5mg for 3 weeks then increase it to 10mg which is what i will take until my next results on 3rd december .I think that the policosanol with coq10 will be better for me as i have type 3 hyperlipidemia and osteoarthritis .Statins have messed my body and head up so much stay clear of statins if you get side effects
