It's good for the eyes and skin. However, I personally recommend not taking more than one tablet a day to avoid vitamin A overdose. (Because I took three tablets a day twenty years ago, and after three or four years, It causes eye strain and unexplained fever, and my girlfriend developed acne all over her face—typical symptoms of overdose!) Even taking just one tablet a week can be helpful, which is what I do now.

Small size capsule , love it , I consumed fish oil for two years and now shift to cod liver oil , I expect would enhance some effect rather that normal fish oil . Cod Live Oil is rich in Omega 3 fats, and also has a fair amount of Vitamin D. Carlson is a well-known brand, and the quality is good.

Easy way to get some omega 3, vitamin D and vitamin A. These soft gels are small and easy to take. Good for so many things - reduce inflammation, in my case I take for asthma, improved skin, hair etc. I don't taste anything. I always take with a meal containing some fat.
