Happy to see iHerb is now selling Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Citrate/Malate. I used to have to order this directly from Pure Encapsulations but this is more convenient to order from iHerb.

This magnesium product helps with upset stomachs. I mix the contents of 2 capsules in a glass of water and drink before bed.
I've heard a lot about this brand and decided I needed to test it out. I'm using this as my night magnesium before bed. I'm having pretty restful sleeps. Will keep monitoring.
Great supplement. I really like it. Flavor is not bad and does not produce bad breath. I feel great. I would purchase again for sure and i dont find it very expensive.

These are wonderful. I purchased two types of magnesium supplements: magnesium citrate/malate for the morning and magnesium glycinate for the evening. I have noticed positive changes within one week: I sleep better and don't wake up as often as i did before, my back pain went away and more energy no more cloudy mornings. No side effects noticed :) I keep recommending these to my family and friends. What I love the most about these is the clean ingredients.
Can not tell if it’s really helping for what I needed for, but was hoping it’ll help with my digestion. Need more time to observe, but price point was worth it.
I have tried other brands and they don't compare. This has the best absorption with the fewest unnecessary and sometimes undesirable ingredients. Buying larger sizes helps affordability.
