These are a good low carb low fat noodles option but the portion size is too small. I’ve uploaded a pic of a satay (powdered peanut butter) chicken recipe I made with the noodles.
I’m impressed with these noodles. It’s a good alternative when watching carbs or being on keto. There was a very little glucose spike! Will definitely purchase again
I eat a lot of konjac/shirataki noodles and this product is a great alternative as it has more protein and has minimal ingredients while remaining relatively low calorie. The texture, although not like normal pasta, is more palatable than typical shirataki noodles.
The macros on this are hard to ignore. The texture is a little bit slimy but if you coat it in enough pasta sauce it becomes unnoticeable. They also absorb the flavour of the sauce really well which was surprising, so overall great quality. The portion size is a little small, so I recommend combining these with either some normal pasta, or if you’re trying to keep calories low as possible the maybe with some konjac noodles. Could even do 2 packs in one serving
I was happy to find a no carb carnivore noodle for the WOE. Really enjoyed the noodle..price is high..so it’s something I only use occasionally.
great alternative for noodles. zero carbs and a nice amount of protein. it doesn't have a taste- it takes the flavor of whatever sause you use it with. quantity is a bit small, and the price is quite high, but I like it
