I've started using it, and I'm encouraged. I'm a woman in my 60s. When using it after my daily shower, I am aware of a different to the tightness of my tummy skin. I use this every few days at night. It takes a while to absorb into my skin so it's better at night but when I wake up in the morning my skin feels great. It's a good size bottle too since you need such a small amount. I have been using it for months and only half way through
