I bought this as a replacement for the product I regularly purchase because it was out of stock. It has a smooth texture rather than a syrup, and looks similar to organic jelly in color (though it doesn't look like an appetizing color). But it smells like fruit, and my 2-year-old drinks it straight up with a spoon.

I choose this because of ingredients. I hope good improvement

we used these and I feel they may have more of a placebo effect 😄 but they are a nice addition to bed time . they did not help my daughter sleep and she's who we bought it for but didn't do any harm. I just can't say the benefits of sleepiness were there. the ingredients are good and the taste is fine.

Waste of money does nothing even if I give two doses which means it’s 1mg of melatonin there’s no affect wanted to try this as it had other great ingredients but honestly even after 1 hour my toddler is still Jumping around when usually it’s affective within 15 mins

I even tried it and it helped me that night. The child sleeps better. It is convenient to take it with a spoon and they like to take it. Suitable for two years old.
