Very good dosage in this product but it would be nice if they didn’t use some of the fillers there using, can’t find this elsewhere at the dosage so will stick with this product for now, but I would have preferred it to not have so many fillers in the tablet.
These seem to improve your "deep sleep" According to my sleep tracker, I went from 30 mins of deep sleep on average to 1 hour 20 mins of deep sleep on the first night. Also had very vivid dreams. They won't necessarily fix underlying sleep issues but will improve the "quality" of sleep you are getting.
These capsules are helpful for relaxing and sleeping. They are not melatonin but have the same quality as melatonin.
No groggy feeling after use. Did help to have more restful sleep.

These pills are good quality. For the dosage, I take two in the evening and I take them along side my melatonin to help me to fall asleep and stay asleep. My husband says they make him too groggy the following days. The size is fine, not too big. I like the sleep benefits so I will order again.
I finished the entire bottle to give this product a fair chance. During this time, I experimented with different dosage levels, taking one, two, and even three capsules at a time. Unfortunately, despite the high quality of the active ingredient blend, I noticed absolutely no benefit in terms of sleep quality or the speed of falling asleep.
The quality dosage benefit falling asleep fast. The ingredient was new to me, no taste, regular size. However, I noticed it woke me up too early, unable to go back to sleep,

It is difficult for me to take melatonin, it causes me to have nightmares, but this supplement came to solve this issue! it gives me the same effect but without those realistic bad dreams! and the best of all is that it is made from corn leaves! that's just fantastic. I strongly recommend this as a sleep supplement for everyone! Awesome work!
