i have used other products in this line, so I was intrigued. i was looking for something that didn't contain melatonin or CBD. One pastille , half an hour before bedtime lulls me into a very gradual sleep. it's not the type of drowsiness you get with other products. it is very subtle, bit it does help me sleep through the night and not wake up like i have a hangover. i am very impressed so far. the taste is blackberry with natural herby tastes as the pastille gets eaten. no bad aftertaste.

We have always had Bach products in our home for various uses. We typically use the sleep pearls but I thought I'd give these a try. The are a quality sleep aid without the use of melatonin, which is really important to me as I do not want to mess up our sleep hormones. They have a nice berry flavor which makes it appealing to the kids. The kids use them on nights that they are restless. Since it operates as a pastille/lozenge we do have to brush our teeth after using and we can't just go right to bed while eating it. These are good to have on hand though, I just prefer the ease of the pearls. They work equally well.
