Not sure if it is helping with anything , but the consistency , texture and taste is perfect. No artificial taste, no weird after taste. The quality of these are very good. You can tell there anything from this brand is good quality by the ingredients being completely natural. The size is just right making them convenient to eat. The dosage is also just right and I can feel the benefits I have lost 7 kg already. They taste great which is good because the brand I was using I can’t get any more and this is a great alternative. They don’t have a strong apple flavour. I find they taste amazing and the pineapple taste is great. I will definitely be getting these again.
