Very poorly done. It doesn't work. It makes me jittery. I hoped for the better result, even if these ingredients aren't exactly much for weight loss but more for those sluggish people who haven't got any energy to get up and do the work. I wouldn't pay more than 20-25dollars for this. And I don't know why my review isn't showing on the page.
Great effect pre training fat burning. Great ingredients and dose
It's a great aid for cutting, but don't expect magic without exercise! But it does have benefits! The quality, composition, ingredients, size, and dosage were all perfect. I bought this fat burner to break a weight plateau and increase endurance during workouts. I'll say right away: if you're just lying on the couch eating buns, miracles won't happen. But when combined with a calorie deficit and cardio, it works like a charm. Pros: The taste is neutral. It gives a powerful surge of energy literally 20-30 minutes after taking it. During workouts, sweat pours off your face, and endurance noticeably increases. It also suppresses your appetite a bit, reducing your cravings for sweets. In a month of use, I lost 2 kg more than I usually lose on a diet alone. I didn't have any side effects like tremors or insomnia, but I strictly followed the instructions and didn't take it in the afternoon. I recommend it to anyone ready to hit the gym!

The size of the capsules is convenient, the dosage is normal, the taste is neutral. Unfortunately, for me it is weak, and the price is unreasonably high, on iHerb there are many more effective drugs 2-3 times cheaper.
