I find any good brand of turmeric is a great supplement for inflammation and other benefits to your body and joints. I tried this brand because it was on sale. The capsules were a good size and I was pleased with the product. If I only took one supplement a day, Turmeric would be the one for overall improvement in health.
I have been taking Tumeric with Meriva for approx. 6 months and my joints feel great. The overall swelling in my knees has diminished significantly and I feel overall better. I take this in addition to Instaflex and it has completely changed my daily routine. I would strongly recommend it if you want to feel better overall.
