No fragrance or scent added to this and it is both a shampoo and conditioner. It isn’t labeled as tear free, so it can be irritating to the eyes, however less than regular soap in my experience. I use it on my son who has eczema and sensitive skin and it seems gentle. A little goes a long way and it will lather well, so the value for the size is good. This product comes with safety seal packaging which I prefer as many companies forgo this nowadays.
