A high quality magnesium glycinate, as one would expect from Sports Research. The size of the capsule is fairly large, but it is easy to swallow because it is a softgel. I got it to benefit my joints and sleep. There is no taste. The package has a wide mouth opening, which I find convenient.

Gentle on stomach, and easy to swallow. I ordered the biggest size. Increased deep sleep cycles, and decreased muscle cramps. Mood and energy changed positively in the morning. Better to take 30mins before sleep.

This is the only one magnesium Glycinate goes with coconut oil that i like. The size is a bit lrage. The seems that quality is good.
Although this product is relatively higher than the ones in my region, i bought it several times as this is such a high quality product. One softgel, but lots of omega 3.
Sports Research always makes a good product, and this is no exception. Easy to swallow (despite the size), and easy on my stomach. Sleep has markedly improved, and I feel like I relax more easily after I take these. I take these after dinner to aid in better sleep.
