I bought vitamins by composition, in my opinion it is very correct both in terms of filling and dosage. My husband and I have been taking it for a week, and both he and I can notice that we have more energy. No side effects and this is a big plus.
Glass bottle which is better than majority of the plastic package. The size of the tablet is not too big. But oroginally thought the capsule can be open and dissolve into water but it cannot.
Very good size for use. No aftertaste or smell. Can be taken on empty stomach. Great ingredients. Big size lasts for a few months. Definitely improved health.
