Not crazy about the choice of artificial sweetener for an ingredient, but if used in moderation, it will not be terrible. The benefit outweighs the risk. The fiber content is different than the large container, but also, made for travel. Packaging is a good size to keep in a purse or even a wallet if needed. Taste, well, it’s artificial all over the place but for a last minute choice, it will be okay. Quality is the same consistent product they have been for many years.
