Not What I Expected I was quite surprised when I opened the package. Although these are advertised as organic fibers, they don’t look like an organic product at all. They appear as a very fine white powder, which makes me wonder whether they have undergone some kind of processing. I received them today, so I haven’t had enough time to evaluate the effects or quality yet. I’ll update my review after I’ve used them for a while.
It dissolves in water easily. I start off with the instruction usage but find it too much. Step back to use 1 teaspoon and I am all good. Will be great for people with constipation.

Didn’t figure out yet the best way to take it, I tried dissolving it in buttermilk, like I did with other brands, didn’t taste very good. Doesn’t dissolve very well. The taste, not bad, but I had better tasting brands. I will keep trying it, to get better taste. Otherwise, don’t know what to say
This product is amazing. It dissolves so easy and doesn't make me feel full. It also makes me go to the bathroom everyday and empty out my bowls. I cannot rave enough!
