Vitamin K2, MK-7, 200 mcg, 300 Softgels

I’ve been taking this Vitamin K2 supplement regularly, and it’s been a smooth addition to my routine. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow, with no aftertaste or stomach upset. I am on the 45,000 mcg MK4, but since that only lasts 2 hours, I just started this one, it lasts 2 days, and I feel like I have more energy, and things works better in my body somehow. Seems like high quality, tastes good, and its the right dosage, I started taking many the first days, and I will go down to 3 and even 2 or 1 per day. I feel like it benefits me. Small size tablests easy to swallow, good ingredients.

Love the dosage and quality of this K2 MK-7, just tastes like coconut if you don't want to swallow the pill. Hoping to get the calcium out of my arteries and into my bones!!! Not sure if placebo effect so far, but I do seem to have a little less joint pain, but it's only been a few weeks, so we'll give it more time - but great quality and quantity for the price!

Vitamin K2, MK-7 has several health benefits: supports my bone health, my cardiovascular health, even my cognitive function . It helps me regulate calcium, ensuring it's deposited in my bones and teeth and not harmfully in my arteries.I use it with D3 Vitamin that I get free from my Medicare. It smells and taste like coconut (that I don't like) but now I got used to it and it's fine. And it is small size so I just swallow it.

The quality looks very nice, the ingredients simple, capsules are in a good size, dosage just what I was looking. Benefit I can’t tell for sure, but I always take with vitamin D3. No taste at all. I was taking this vitamin from other brand, is no more available, than I found this one. Great.

didn't use it yet but compared to the price and the size it s agood deal cause good dosage and the quality i beleive is acceptable same ingredients as top tier competition so same Benefits and no bad after taste and it is cheap compared to mor expensive and same benefits

You gotta take vitamin k for better vascular health, I mainly take it so I don't het veins popping out when I am older
