I trusted this product without reading the label, which is a mistake! Using it, i noticed that the taste is exactly like sugar which made me to read the label: dextrose !!!! I was so upset, i throw it in the trash bin! For who doesn't know, dextrose is sugar, it has a glycemic index 100, which spikes the blood sugar levels very quickly! If i wanted sugar, i would buy it from supermarket , much cheaper! Don't waste your money on this if you care about your health!

It’s stevia, so you will get that stevia taste. Don’t use much, but the size with 100 packets per package lasts a while. I use it frequently, but also try to limit servings because I try to follow a healthy diet and artificial sweeteners can negatively impact the gut.

I am so glad that stevia is found in the mainstream market, it really does help those of us who are avoiding sugar. The fact that this is measure for measure with granulated sugar is so convenient. I will say that recipes that use sugar in large amounts, such as cake, I find the taste unappealing, so I substitute only half.
