Great value-for-money multivitamin with high-quality ingredients
I’ve been using this multivitamin and am overall satisfied. My only concern is vitamin A listing: it has both beta-carotene and retinyl palmitate but no ratio. While 1500 mcg is a good dose, I'd prefer it from beta-carotene alone since it's safer as the body only converts what it needs, unlike preformed vitamin A which can accumulate if intake is high.
