The effect is good, but it's a pity that there is only an option of 30 capsules. I hope there is a larger capacity and the price can be closer to the 60 US dollar portion!

An interesting complex, but more like a marketing formula. The combination of pro-, pre- and postbiotics looks modern, but the key is not only the number of 100 billion, but the specific strains and their evidence base, which is not always transparent here. The “once a day” format is convenient, but for a sensitive gastrointestinal tract, such a high dose can cause bloating at the start. It is more expedient to use for specific requests, for example, after antibiotics or with symptoms of dysbiosis, and not as a universal daily option. For this price, there are more targeted probiotics with clear strains for a specific task.
