I started to take these regularly for anxiety and it’s worked great!!! They don’t have a taste and they are a good size. I’ve also seen that they are suppose to be beneficial for liver and hangovers
I'm not a big drinker. However, a couple of times a year I have a girls weekend or an event where I partake a little. Normally I get a terrible hangover. The last girls trip, I took 2 before I started drinking and 2 before bed and this product greatly reduced my hangover on more than one occasion. safe to say I'll be using this whenever I have drinks planned. Saw a friend drink 20 beers while on DHM. It was as if he drank only 8 or 9. Tried it myself and it reduces alcohol intoxication over 50%. It makes drinking a bit harder, as if the drinks taste slightly different. It still gives 80% of the benefits of drinking booze with only 40% of the setbacks. Take 1 capsule morning + 1 pre-drink + 1 after 2 or 3 drinks. You'll be 50% more sober than usual ☆☆☆☆☆
I use this after having a few drinks and it helps me feel way better the next day. No more bad headaches or feeling sick. The capsules are not too big and easy to swallow. Good value for the amount you get. I keep a bottle in my cabinet all the time. Really happy with this product.

Tried DHM after it was recommended to me that I could try it to reduce anxiety. After drinking, I found it very helpful, and paired with some other supplements I experienced no hangover. The pills are reasonably sized and easy to swallow!

i've been looking for an alternative to shopping from amazon and this was the most reasonable one i found so far. after testing it for a few occasions, i found that timing the dose is very important. i was familiar with taking another brand of dhm within the hour of drinking and felt that was fine and effective; however, with this brand from nutricost, i need to take it within 30 min for it to be effective. the packaging is fine. date of expiry is reasonable. no flavor. easy to swallow. would repurchase.
These pills do help with not feeling as hungover the next day after drinking. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking to not feel as bad after drinking.
