I used to buy and drink just EAA on tren in a bottle, I decided to diversify it. It has a cool apple flavor, but not as strong as in Nutricost EAAs, but light. Cool and useful composition. For anyone specifically involved in sports, strength or aerobic or any other, it will not hurt, I recommend it. Only if you drink it together with Pre X from Nutricost, you get a lot of Huperzine, in theory, but it does not bother me, I do not drink more than 1 spoon.

I’ve been using Nutricost Performance Intra-Workout Complex – Green Apple during my workouts, and overall I’m really pleased with it. The formula is well thought out: each 23 g scoop delivers 5 g BCAAs (2:1:1) plus 3.5 g L-citrulline, which supports endurance and muscle performance. One of the best parts is the hydration complex — it contains coconut water powder and a mix of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium) to help replenish what you lose while training. For energy, there’s taurine (2 g), natural caffeine (100 mg from green tea), betaine (2 g), beta-alanine (1.2 g), and even N-acetyl L-tyrosine (750 mg) plus huperzine A (250 mcg). During workouts I feel more focused and less fatigued, and I like that I don’t get an overwhelming “crash” after. The green apple flavor is refreshing and not too artificial, and the powder dissolves great in water (8–16 oz, depending on how strong you want it).
