Tried it for a week now Already noticing some improvement Went from no pooping unless with intervention to pooping twice a week (Using it with other gut bacteria supporting gummy) I hope it really hells with my child chronic constipation
tastes good, very sweet, but very low impact. I have to take four or five gels to see minimal results honestly. the quality seems good but again the results were not so good for me ..
