The taste is nasty but it is definitely worth it. I’m 24 years old and I’ve been dealing with PCOS for years. I brought this product because I was bleeding heavy for over 3 months too the point, I had to wear women’s pads underwear. Let’s just say within 1 week of taking these herbs everyday the heavy bleeding stopped. I am still taking this product currently and I’m hoping it can help regulate my hormones. However, this product is great….I still have painful cramps but I’m loving the product thus far. I am no longer taking birth control pills to help stop my bleeding due to PCOS.
