I don't really like the composition and the dosage is too small for an adult, I took it at a reduced price, so that it would be there, since I take magnesium on a regular basis and sometimes new ones don't arrive in time.

easy to swallow, quality magnesium product. nicely packaged with an extended expiration date. maxicaps are standard size. if you have trouble swallowing capsules, these might be hard for you

So im told its good for calcium absorption and rest. I can atest for the good sleep part .. as for calcium count ... will find out in my next blood test :)
