Dosage is bit low for me, but really good addition to you supplements.

Only been a few weeks, believe it may offer protection and results will show. I like the natural form of d alpha tocopherol, that’s important for me to believe it is doing good vs synthetics and the price is actually quite reasonable. I’d update on this in future, likely taking in short durations. The quality seems in tact, I like to mix it with fatty foods so it’s absorbed right away.
