I think this is great quality and super tasty. I use mainly for snacks although I have used for a few cookie recipes. The macros are great for a keto or lower carb diet and a serving can be filling if you make sure you pair it with something else. The high calories may cause some to not choose this nut, but overall, if it fits into your diet and you love the flavor, this is a great option. Four stars cause price is way higher than other brands even though they all seem to taste the same. I bought it on sale though so I’m very happy! These are quality macadamia nuts made in Hawaii. There are many nuts that we have reactions to, but this brand sits well with us. We bought another brand that was organic and had reactions to it. We stick with Mauna Loa.

It's tough to find unsalted macadamias so I'm not adding more salt to my diet. This does the trick! Excellent in nut mixes, blended sauces, as a snack, or added to a chia pudding bowl

Very delicious roasted macadamias! Not stale, just good quality nuts. Shame the bag is so small, as I went through this fairy quickly and limited my portions but they are worthed the price. Purchased several bags and all were filled with whole big nuts. I appreciate that because having mostly unbroken nuts is better for plating. The value of this nutritious nuts is enhanced due to being unsalted: you can include it in a great vatiety of dishes and share with more people with different eating habits.
