it has pleasant taste and no additives, supports muscles ans mitochondria but doses above 3 g should be avoided since in an increase insulin resistance and fatty liver.

When one has issue with all kind of oils. powder alternative is perfect... Without additives would be even better...

Honestly, it's an excellent company and the dosage is excellent. It helps with cutting and burning fat, converting it into energy for strenuous workouts. I highly recommend it.
