High quality liked the quality, as well as the packaging, a great impression, as well as the result.

This was okay. I didn’t use it for long. It seemed to be what I needed. Since it takes time for D levels to go up, I don’t know if it was effective or not.

But I could not stand the oily feel and taste of this one so I ended up not using it. But I am happy that it is a wholesome product, vegan and quite pure.

I was struggling with anxiety starting to dose d3 again this winter and I read online that people recommended trying a vegan d3 and also tapering your dose up week by week. This helped me get up to 2000ui per day without anxiety!

It Seems to work, looks like good value for money .

I purchased this because it had only one organic ingredient other than vitamin D. I'm plant-based and in need of around 5000 IC each day, which makes this bottle last for less than 10 days, so I'm not sure whether I'll buy it again.

It seems to work, even though I have not done any blood test. The only downside is that it is in an oil ( more calories).

I love that there are only 2 ingredients in this D3 supplement and that it's from lichen. The taste is neutral and I have no trouble taking it. I also like that it has the dosage lines marked on the dropper, that's super helpful. It's too early to tell how it will help my vitamin D levels but I'm pleased with the product thus far.
