It's a supplement with good ingredients, and the chocolate tastes great. The added collagen seems beneficial; I only have one complaint: the whey protein is concentrated rather than hydrolyzed, which allows for better digestion.
It tastes delicious and has great sources of protein, I use it to make protein ice cream.
Love the taste and the A2 milk helps my stomach not react weirdly like conventional milk. It’s a good quality product. The only downside is the price as it’s quite expensive and would prefer if stevia was avoided.
