I would say it’s authentic affron it has the same effect as more expensive brands I’ve tried and I get the same “saffron burps” (so when I burp it tastes like saffron) so I’d say yea it’s legit . But the capsules are much bigger than any other brand I’ve tried . And the color seems darker which idk if that means it’s higher quality or if they added color . But I have done a side by the side comparison with another brand and as u can see this one is the bigger one .

These worked so well in the first 15-20 days. It felt like really well dosed and a good quality, but like other saffron supplements I've taken, I only felt the benefits temporarily
