Best defense ever for upper respiratory illnesses. At the first sign of getting sick start taking a three a day for three days. Then back off to two a day for a couple days and then one a day. if you are sick take a couple a day for about a week. This is the best product for colds and flu. I use to get sick all the time years ago. I have been taking this product for about 5 yrs. and I have not even had the slightest cold or flu and I use to get them all the time. If you take zinc, make sure the product contains copper as this product does. Never take zinc that does not contain copper. Zinc will deplete your body of copper and this is not good. Since the chelated form of zinc is easier to absorb I compared brands & found this was the best deal. I do break it into quarters though as I have a sensitive stomach & prefer a lower dosage. Good price & no stomach issues whatsoever!
