For the most part this is a great product that keeps neuropathic pain from Small Fiber Neuropathy to an acceptable level. Yes, I still have stabbing pain in my toes and fingers as well as restless legs, but not all the time. I can't imagine what the pain would be without the alpha lipoic acid.

I usually take ala before going to bed. I have noticed that I have a deep sleep. And at day time I take reservatrol after meal. it might be the combination of both antioxidants that makes me having a good sleep. so overall I think it is good for my body.
