Low quality capsules, they brake open under 4 minutes in acid pH 2.0 so they want survive stomach acid, unknown capsule filler matodextrin ? rice flour ? drywall compound ? some very sour substance , capsules not evenly filled- some weight 210mg and some of them 450mg, very questionable product. Recommended pay more and buy real product from reputable company.

I'm taking it on empty stomach in the morning, keeping fasting trough all the morning feeling the effects. Very noticeable. It gives me sleepy and relaxing sensation. In the beginning I felt joint pain, After 1 week I can feel my joints stronger although it wasn't take for this purpose. It seems its reducing inflammation all over my body. The maximum dose I experimented was 3 capsules. I thinking it is reducing eye bags around my eyes too. Has no smell or taste. Feel supplements I'm willing to buy again, this is one of them.

Be aware that they can interact with painkillers - so inform yourself before you combine them with this. I used double dosage. And great benefit. The size ok and so is the prize.
