Bought these for our kids; halving them gives a good dose. They prefer this berry flavour to the minty-flavoured ones we had previously.

This is the first time taking melatonin from Vitamatic. It's nice and small tablets that dissolves under the tong, although I found it a bit too sweet. This is the reason for 4 stars. :)

Previously I was having difficult times getting the right brand, I tried all kinds, even jelly candy like, to usual 3 Mg pills. For me only fast dissolving worked, in particular from Jamieson. But lately I needed a cheaper alternative. Due work, I have to have them, so I get ready for next day, just in case... Is a must. Melatonin shouldn't be expensive for us, and here it comes Vitamic 365, plenty and effective. I like it and I got rid of the worry that fast dissolve melatonin was too expensive for me long run. I prefer 3 Mg as is not too much or too little.
