There are very few tables in the container. And it is quite pricey for what you get. I have not noticed any noticable difference, but it seems like a good product overall, and it is the highest strength B-12 I have seen. I'd consider buying it when it is on sale.

I wish it can help with ly nerves issues, I don't know if this dosage is great

The product is wonderful and of high quality. It is very beneficial for me, and I have become used to using it regularly. It is excellent. iHerb’s delivery is also excellent, their quality is outstanding, and they are very reliable and very fast.

Good dosage, I take it for word retrieval dropout! Other benefits, neuropathy for one and fingertip pins and needles. Aftertaste is tiny bit harsh for me but benefits outweigh this, dissolves fast under tongue and good dosage.

I like these. They are easy to take just put under tongue.

This B12 is excellent in both quality and price. It works very well for me and helps a lot. It doesn’t contain any ingredients I don’t like.

we got 12 of these for my husband and I to last us one year at 6 jars each. they taste good I was worried about the ingredients but they are fine anr I disnt react. its just b12 nothing else and we put it under the tongue to help absorption. we havent noticed more energy yet but we are sure b12 will be good long term
