quality is actually great , no extra ingredients in the powder , great size for the price , this benefits my nervous system and muscles , I like that this mineral also is helpful for hormones, I do not find any taste in the powder , I really liked the quality and price of this product.
It is well known that Magnesium Taurate is the best version of Magnesium for the heart. Better than Glysinate or other versions. I like to put this in my water bottle and drink throughout the day with a 1/4 teaspoon of Potassium. It's hard to find powder versions of Taurate so I hope more people purchase this product. I did a deep dive into the company and their supplements are made in the USA. Dr.'s Best has a powder but as you can guess, they got bought by a Chinese company. So this is the real deal. I am taking Magnesium Taurate after the advice from my specialist. It's supposed to aid heart health. Most magnesium powders out there taste TERRIBLE, but I did my best to get them down because the powder forms are the only kinds I can find that don't have unnecessary and harmful additives. This one however, does not taste nearly as bad as every other one I've tried!! Dissolve in water (takes about 2-3 minutes of waiting), and drink before bed.
we take several forms of magnesium and this is our new addition. i mix all the powders of mag malate mag taurate and mag glycinate. the taste is good when mixed and it helps calm our body and good for sleep. powders are good since there are no additives .
I have tried different forms of magnesium, but nothing compares to the calming and sleep improvement effects of magnesium taurate. Mag glycinate does not even stand a chance (i might be biased since glycinate has never really stood well with me), but taurate just improves the quality of my sleep tremendously. 10/10 will reccomend.
I was not successful dissolving this in room temp water, but I learned to pour it into my mouth and swallow it easily with a drink of water. If another buyer has a health reason to avoid pill materials, or like me seeks the economical choice, I am a repeat customer of this product. I am very happy with it now that I have gotten used to how to swallow it.
I will only use natural deodorant and we all know that it doesn’t work as well. Someone told me that this type of magnesium cleans you from the inside out and they weren’t wrong. After about 4 days of taking this daily I no longer need deodorant . Amazing stuff ! Very happy with this product and the price !
flavorless with no after taste at all. mixes well in cold liquid , have yet to try it in hot tea. I'm allergic to corn and this has no fillers or additives and isn't corn derived. it's also gluten free and soy free. it's a tiny scoop per serving , which is amazing. it has over 250 servings so it will last a long time. thank you for such a wonderful product. my health depends on this.
It was used with ionized water and mixed with potassium, silicon salt, and also a source of vitamin C such as lemon to homogenize the ingredients together and give water electrolytes
