My husband recently was told he needed to go on blood pressure medication. I know this medication can take a toll on his kidneys and blood pressure can be from low or imbalanced electrolyte (too much sodium, not enough magnesium and potassium). Magnesium Glycinate and magnesium oxide have a very specific fishy taste and are very difficult to take because they do not dissolve in water quickly and only if you mix them very well. If you can force yourself to drink without inhaling this smell, then you can use them. There is a measuring spoon in the package, which is convenient for measuring portions.
it is quite effective. i would take it two times a day with potassium chloride and salt especially on a carnivore diet. it helps with the absorption of d3 thus stop or lower the case of snoring.
I love that this is free from additives and is effective. I can only give 4 stars though as the taste is really bad. I have to add some honey to make it palatable for my son. But it works!
