I used the product exactly as directed and with care. The first time I ended up with more pain in the ear I used it in. After a second use there was no increase in pain. I waited and a few days later, after that pain subsided, the third try went better. I don’t know if the ingredients are helpful. Maybe the issue is homeopathy itself? Hard to know what exactly is going on here except to say that my experience was mixed. No clear benefit or improvement. Package is plastic.
