Works well for when my toddler has a tummy ache. 30 seconds in the microwave is perfect. Haven’t tried to cool it yet. 4 stars because some of the threads are already coming out.

I ordered two thermal teddy bears, one green and one purple, as christening gifts for twins. It would have been helpful if the packaging had been described. While the cheaper teddy arrived in an attractive cardboard box, the more expensive one was in a cheap plastic bag. Disappointing!

So, the area of heat is very small and only about 50% effective. And it's true that when it feels hot, it smells strange, like a sack of rice.
