I'm really happy with this very natural acne soap bar. I have over 60 sensitive skin. The small brown bar has two sides: one for gentle exfoliating and the other for lathering side containing willow extract, naturally derived salicylic acid. You use and rinse the exfoliating side off your face and then lather the soap side to work into your skin for two minutes (or less), and rinse again. I found I can use it day after day but then give my skin a break. It helps unclog tightpores , by penetrating pores and settles any acne. It has a cooling feeling when using the willow enhanced side. I feel my skin is smoother.

High quality homeopathic active ingredients. The rough part is great for the body but for the face I use the soft side only since my skin is a bit sensitive. Great soap!
