I was advised to take Calcium Citrate to help manage my Oxylate levels. I take 1/3 of a scoop with combination of electrolytes minerals in water before high oxylate meals. good value size pack and tastes very mild. Doesn't fully dissolve and leaves some grit in bottom of glass, although my latest pack seems to be ground much finer than previous package. seems to be pharma grade quality supplement

On iHerb, the label says that one serving contains 650 mg of calcium citrate. But on the jar I’m holding, it just says 650 mg of calcium per serving. So I assume they mean elemental calcium; otherwise, they would have written 650 mg of citrate. This actually makes a big difference, since citrate contains only about 20% elemental calcium. I know calcium should ideally come from food, but I physically can’t eat large chunks of cheese every day to satisfy my body’s daily macronutrient needs. I love cheese, but I’m tired of eating it every day 😆 so, forgive me, all sensible bloggers and doctors, for deciding to buy a supplement with a hefty dose of calcium. In my opinion, this is an excellent product. Although it doesn’t dissolve particularly well, you can stir it into a small glass of water, swallow it semi-dissolved, and then drink a normal glass of water. No discomfort even when taking a double dose at once. I'm glad I found this powder!
