Triton Fish Oil, 120 Softgels

I used this Omega-3 as a daily supplement, and what I liked most was the quality, the clarity of the ingredients, and the good concentration of fish oil. The capsule size is convenient, the packaging is neat and secure, and the formula is clear and easy to understand. These softgels have no taste, unless you bite into them. They seem high quality. I haven't noticed any problems.

I’ve been using Legion Triton Fish Oil and it’s easily one of the highest-quality omega-3 supplements I’ve tried. What stands out the most is the potency — each serving provides a high dose of EPA and DHA (around 2.4g), which is significantly more than most standard fish oils.  The use of reesterified triglyceride fish oil is a big plus, as it’s known to be more bioavailable and better absorbed compared to cheaper forms.  I also appreciate that it’s molecularly distilled and third-party tested, which gives confidence in its purity and low contaminant levels.  In terms of effects, I’ve noticed improvements in recovery, reduced muscle soreness, and overall joint comfort. It’s not something you “feel” instantly, but over time it clearly supports performance and general health — especially when training consistently. Another big advantage is that it doesn’t cause the typical fishy aftertaste or burps, thanks to the added vitamin E and lemon oil.  That makes it much easier to take daily compared to many other fish oils. The only downside is the price, which is higher than average, but in this case, you’re paying for quality, purity, and an effective dose. But, I was lucky to buy it on discount. Overall, this is a premium fish oil supplement that delivers on both quality and results. Highly recommended if you want a clean, high-dose omega-3 product for performance, recovery, and long-term health.
