Very good feeling of fullness and not hunger, which helps in burning fat, but the danger is that it gives very high energy and I am not afraid of taking doses for beginners
It's okay, I don't like the aftertaste that much and I don't like the green look when it's mixed. Probably won't buy it again.
I drink this before running. I feel like I sweat more easily. I've only been drinking it for half a month, so I think the effects will become more apparent over time, but it's sweet and sour and easy to drink.
It has great ingredients, but I use only one scoop because of the Ashwaghanda, 300mg is enough for me every day. If I use more I get anhedonia and that is not a great feeling.
