it is recommended for fat burning, good size and packaging.
It has great ingredients, but I use only one scoop because of the Ashwaghanda, 300mg is enough for me every day. If I use more I get anhedonia and that is not a great feeling.

I’m not sure but honestly it works? Like i accompanied it with my healthy diet n lifting weights and i was losing weight. Don’t know if it is necessarily the reason tho. Also very big thing to consider, if u trying to lose weights by calculating ur calories, this product leaves you veeeeeey hungry all throughout the day! I actually feel even after a meal that am hungry on the days i take it, so it is inconvenient when am trying to be in a calorie deficit. Also, it does leave me with soo little energy too unfortunately.
