I tried this flavor for my ninja creamis, pancake bowls and preworkout greek yogurt with oats.. All of which turned out superb.. Great macro ratio.. If you are looking for heavenly taste experience for recipes with plenty of protein I encourage you to try this versatile protein powder. I deducted a star as I do check the ingredients for overall well-being.. it does have natural and artificial flavors and sucralose (which isn't likely the best sweetener) and it is a little pricey. Still worth the buy but it is advised not to overconsume.. Maximum one scoop per day is very fine as part of a healthy diet

Much better value to buy this in bulk as Ghost whey is quite expensive. This flavor is quite sweet and has a bit of a bitter aftertaste from the cinnamon but overall it inoffensive. I like the macros and the fact it’s a new flavor. If you do more than 2 scoops at a time it takes a little while to mix and thickens up quite a lot so better to mix with water than milk (mixing with milk makes it even thicker).

The macros on this one are great - but if you don't like sweet protein powder (or the taste of cinnamon + sugar), this flavor may not be for you. I thought the cinnamon cuts through the sweetness a bit, and is pleasant to drink as a shake (even with water). Ghost quality seems to be the best of any brand I have tried so far, and I appreciate that they have a great line up of flavors so you don't have to get sick of having the same exact thing.

I have tried many different protein powders over the past ten years and this by far is the best tasting one I have ever tried. Mind you I am biased because I love Cinnabon but in terms of flavor, quality, and its ability to mix well, this takes the number one spot.

amazing protein powder, very high quality obviously coming from ghost who make great protein powders, the ingredients are amazing with low calories and whey protein. have not recieved it yet so I can not tell about the taste but it should be great and the size should be exactly as written.

Ghost Cinnabon whey protein it came in a good size package, i was able to make muffins that is packed with good quality whey protein, it has Makara cinnamon powder one of Cinnabon's signature ingredient i love the taste it add to my breakfast meals or shakes. It be my to go ghost flavor for this fall meal diet plan 🍂
