smooth taste, mixes well. does its job. i dont know about helping fats parts though i cant really judge as it wasnt one of my goals for getting this product

Very nice quality, the ingredients is good too, mainly whey protein. It tastes good, it’s good for fitness and diet, providing sufficient protein for our workout and training. However, there are still some powder after shaking, may require extra shaking. Also, the size is portable, the package is nice too!

Just started taking protein drinks. So not a expert by all means. I just put a scoop in the little blender with milk or ice coffee ( with no ice).
